What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our business:
- Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number and postal address — when you request a quote or get in touch.
- Job details you provide so we can price and carry out work.
- Usage data about how the site is used, in aggregate and without cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we can use it
We rely on legitimate interests to reply to enquiries and run our business, on contract where we are quoting for or delivering work, and on legal obligation where we must keep records — accounting records, for example, which we retain for six years.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers who help us operate: our email provider, our hosting provider, our media hosting provider, and our accountant. Each is bound to process it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after two years. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years to satisfy accounting and warranty obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
